Exploiting Seller doesn t respond in any way

    In the attached screenshot you can see the only convo with me and ryfie (he literalle only ever said two things: asking for my email adress and telling me that I would recieve the account information once he got confirmation from this website). On the 1st of April 2021 I tried to buy an Account by the User ryfie. I used the middleman service to buy it. The Middleman should have the 60$ but I did not recieve the account information yet (It has been literally a week). See attached files to see that the money was actually subtracted from my My Paysafecard Account. The User ryfie has never responded and thus never delivered the Account. I also attached anothe try to converse with ryfie (see attached ConvoV2-1 & ConvoV-2)

    Did you purchase through our Middleman Service? May i have your Transaction ID if yes?

    Yes I did use your Middleman Service. And the Transaction ID I was given by an E-Mail from "My Paysafecard" was "Transaktions-ID: w251945741". I didn´t recieve anything else that resembles a transaction ID. This is also visable in the screenshot of the Email I got (see attachements in original post "Unbenannt.png")

    It usually takes 1-72 HOURS for the transaction to begin once the buyer has completed their verification procedure.

    In your online banking's transaction history you should be able to check the status of the order you just made here, if it says "Pending" it could only mean 2 things; its either PlayerUp has yet to claim the deposit you sent or your Bank is holding it for security reasons in which you would most likely need to call your bank and confirm that it was you who made this purchase.
