    Mate, I guess you scammed by a normal player. These messages not like Middleman messages.

    All middleman transactions are conducted on PlayerUp.com only. Never release any information, perform any service or release any payments if you're a seller unless @Middleman contacts you through the Conversation Ticket System. PlayerUp Middleman Services will never contact you through e-mail, discord, steam, facebook, whatsapp, kik, skype, or any 3rd party service. If somebody contacts you offsite claiming they are from PlayerUp, it is a scam.

    The notice for fake middleman scams were sent to all members and will remain shown everytime you open any conversation ticket you have. However, it will be permanently gone once you close it by clicking the "X" located inside the notice box.

    I asked them to include you in a 3-way conversation chat. I have had the account for a month, so the money were received ages ago. They would have to action a refund. We can discuss it more as per message on a ticket. Just have to get them to join and intervene.
