    Hi,

    I sold an IMVU account on here to a member called Xcoisted. My asking price was $500 and we agreed on a price of $425. She sent me the money through Paypal but she has now filed a false claim with Paypal saying she sent money to the wrong person. Paypal have agreed to return the money to her so she gets her money back and also the account she purchased from me. Is there anything you can do to help me to have her claim reversed?

    I know her account was suspended and she has blocked me every form of communication. I'm sure there is nothing IMVU can do as I provided her with the password for the account. However, I'm asking if PlayerUp can provide me with any details that I can send to Paypal to prove that this was a legit transaction and she is not entitled to get this money back. Thank you.
