-All farms have a military setup with at least Zeus, Aachen, CDM, Traz, ToR for collecting GE rewards
-All farms have Chateau well above level 10 for quest cycling

The OF and VF farm worlds did not begin with the intent of being diamond farms, but I have converted them into such. The PE farms were started with that intent. Progressive farms have been in PE for a very long time and are designed with 3 goals in mind: The ability to do quests, GE, and make diamonds. I started them in batches of 6 generally and played them up to PE, then started 6 more. So obviously the first 6 have the most accumulated resources and higher GB's. I will give approximate stats for one of the oldest farms and one of the youngest. You can assume the farms in between fall reasonably along this spectrum.
