Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below When I tried to play today a few hours ago, the game reported that the account is frozen and said to contact customer service, which I did. Then they said there were claims on the account (which I did not do). Searched the net and in playerup, an account with the same username is banned and people are warned not to trade with this person. Hope for quick resolution.
AL customer support said some one tried to claim account via UID, which I dont even remember, hence no chance of me sharing. If you didn't recover account, can share any pics of you doing iap (if you did any) in the past so I can convince the customer support that nothing is wrong thanks.
