Hello! I attempted to do a trade with Munio, for Roblox, everything was going fine and he didn't seem too suspicious at first, but then once he sent me the payment he told me that he did it with Friends and Family, instead he sent it with Paying for an Item or Service. I knew he was going to scam me so i just blocked him and refunded his payment on PayPal. Then he opened a case saying things like : I scammed him, I didn't refund him etc... and got me banned on PlayerUP and THEN he was admitting there was a misunderstanding! He thought that he could get the item for free by scamming me by filing a PayPal chargeback and reported me again (this time). He is obviously a scammer and wants to get me banned because i won't sell my Limiteds to him. He's even involved his girlfriend in damaging my reputation by telling others that i am a scammer, which is false. In the end, he's gotten his money as i refunded him, i can show proof to PlayerUP of other trades with other people that i successfully realized, i can show proof of my Roblox Account to PlayerUP too if needed, just privately please. It just says its being held since you reported a problem with this transaction. If you hit the refund button then i'm pretty sure that's not what it would show. What is the status of your report? Can you check?
The status said ON HOLD as my paypal never gets big amounts sent out of it and wanted to make sure it was me, after 48h you had to confirm the reciept for it to send the money which i did. After the money was sent he did infact block me As you see here he never gave me my money back as he banned twice as i had a chance of gaining my money back from paypal. He told me to cancel the case on paypal for a faster refund and after that he blocked me once again. I have proof of him saying that he did indeed scam me (if you look at his post i should of sent screenshots of him dming my gf) It has the exact same user and number at the end which means its him for sure. In the end he blocked me and i called my bank for a chargeback which i won (proof of the bank giving me my money bank is in the screenshots) And no he never did give me my money back. Ive gotton my item from another seller instead of him as he never had the intention of giving me the item. INFACT he never did have the item and just photoshopped it onto his inventory which is pretty smart. Anyway he did scam me and never gave ANYTHING back to me.
