A few days ago, when I went to log in, it stated the code needed to be updated. I used the passcodes for the email mcbluesky gave, got the code from supercell and was not able to log into the game, said the account did not exist. I reached out to Mcbluesky saying the email did not work as the codes were not coming in when requested so asked for password and new codes. Upon talking to supercell, they wanted me verify the account with which I gave them the only information I had. However, the original owner had all the information, took back the account and changed the email it was linked to. I asked Mcbluesky for the old name of the account as I had changed it to Deshka. He sent me the pic and supercell would not accept as i did not have the original account info that only the first account holder could have. How do I know it is the original owner, many of his friends came to my clan when I first started playing to get the account back to their clan. Some even visited the clan to talk to the original owner, not knowing it was me. I changed the name to deshka to stop getting bothered and now the account is back in his/her original squad where the people who reached out to me under his/her name currently play. I would feel the accounts would have more security than this and feel a refund or an equivalent max account, which I was now should be made available to me since thier are no safeguards to protect people from this happening. Hello friends, the account holder has been a soldier for a long time. I asked the seller for information when I wanted to buy this account, but he did not know any information about it. When I spoke to CoC on the help, the person had to know the date the account was created and the original name. If you discussed this with him a few days ago, get me the information CoC needs such as the original date and name. My guess is, he will say he forgot or cant remember even though as CoC told me, you can go back and look at app history, etc. The person didnt search out a new clan, he went back to his original clan, how many clans are there? Are you saying this is coincidence? I know this was his original clan as his buddies kept visiting my clan to get me over before I changed the name. If noticing else, have him retrieve the account, get it back and we can go through transrfer once he resecures it. He has all the info CoC needs, should be easy to do, unless he doesnt want to give the account back
Mcbluesky, up above you say the person selling it had not information, do you not verify account prior to selling, is there not a check to ensure they are not stolen accounts, how do you ensure this is not a stolen account when I purchased. If it was stolen, then I was sold stolen merchandise. I assume there is a check and balance you must verify the account prior to being able to sell which would ensure you can verify the account holder. Otherwise, why purchase and account if the original owner can come back to it through supercell by lodging a complaint and then giving all the info. Something doesnt smell right, either you didnt verify the account was legitimate prior to selling or that original owner is playing you and now I lost my account. You also go on to say some random person with the email could have taken it, this is false per CoC/supercell. To change the email, the person has to know original purchase date, original name of account and show they had receipts or many other identifying features. So for you to say a random person took the account is not true at all, they would not have that information unless they were the original holder so feel free to contact CoC/supercell, they will tell you the same thing and you can post a pic of their reply-I have nothing to hide in their reply, they will only reinforce what I am saying, but please contact them. I would caution anyone purchasing an account with the origin date, all names used on the account in order, email it is linked to and any previous emails it was linked to, what devices it has been used on, and any receipts of purchase; if you fail to know any of this, the account is not yours and supercell will take it from you. This account was taken back by original owner. So how can we fix this?
UPDATE, McBluesky believes the original owner stole my account back and is doing everything he can to get it back. I appreciate that and would purchase from people that are willing to help when this kind of stuff happens. I still stand by what everyone needs before purchasing as Ive found out the hard way, they can come right back and steel your account and it is very hard to determine who is honest or not. I really appreciate the help and hope to get my account back but I am getting help and it is very appreciated.
My account is in this clan and in the original name, CR7 was a part of it, hard to say that is coincidence. Now to get it back.
Hello, this account was sold 8 months ago. If the account is stolen, the account holder should definitely be notified after a week and get the account back. But a lot of time has passed and because this account is about 8-9 months old and only you know what happened and you as the account holder had to protect it. And important information such as the date and name and account tag available to you or someone who may have accessed Gmail and then the game. Because when you called me, you first said you could not sign in to Gmail, then you said you got a new mobile and need a support code

I do not know exactly what tribe he is. But as I said, if I can help, I will not hesitate. In my experience, returning an account or changing Gmail is not difficult. I did this several times to change the Gmail game and provide more security for the buyer, and Supercell confirmed me when I was not the original owner. So this is possible! And it certainly does not need the original owner. Because as I said, the date of creation of most accounts is obtained from the Gmail account and the name and tag of the game are almost available. I can not fix it. The person changed everything to include email. It’s the original or he wouldn’t be at his original clan. How many clans are there in CoC and he immediately found his original clan. You are being duped as well as I am.
If he didn’t take it, he gave info to someone else and they took it. The reason I thought I needed new codes on email was because they weren’t coming to my email.
I do not understand why you feel the original seller is not guilty of recalling the account. My evidence: 1. Original base name before I purchased: Sanjay ‘CR7’ As you can see in pic, there is a secondary account called CR7. If he/she was not the original owner, they probably wouldn’t know CR7 as I changed name to Deshka. 2 I was visited by 3 people in the clan he/she is currently in trying to get me to come back. Once I changed the name to deshka, the visits stopped. 3. Per CoC, the person knew all pertinent information to include origin date, email, what clan he was previously in I may be wrong, but there is probably only 2 people involved in this account that have a good amount of info, Mcbluesky and the original owner-and I don’t believe Mcbluesky would do it so that only leaves one party; if you know how it could be done by someone else, please let me know so I can tell supercell how it happened but we both know the original owner took it back. He/she needs to give account back to you and you can give to me. Thank you.
If the original owner didn’t do it, hard to believe, then he/she knows who did as that was their clan. The should be able to converse with the old clan to tell them to give back or face your threat of lawsuit
Any updates. I have given pretty good proof to who most likely took my account, I would hope you are not protecting this person due to game deals/business they can bring to you? There are too many coincidences to say this person either 1. Didnt take it themselves or 2. Know who took it. I was a maxed player other than 120-140 walls that still needed finish. I would like my account or an equivalent back. I am not after money as it wouldnt cover what I put into the account, I just want my account back or an equivalent account. If you are so adamant that the original owner did not take it, (which I doubt) have them go to the clan they were previously and talk to their buddy to get it back. Otherwise, what proof do you have they did not take it?
