All important buildings are maxed out (sculptor too which is the most expensive one). Statues are Master: Building health 32 (best ingame), Resource reward 49 (best ingame), Power chance 63, Gunboat 35 (and 3x17 best ingame), Troop health 29, Troop damage 23. Gunboatenergy 50+43. All boats are 17 and two are lvl 20. All warrior stuff is maxed out (smoke, shock etc.) The account is focused on using an offensive strategy; its perfect for a good task force (current taskforce is top 100 in the world).
