    I am looking to buy a clan on EU server.

    Important: the naval base expansions should be 80%+ completed.

    - Clan must be in good standing, never banned etc.
    - No members needed
    - Account is not needed
    - Name is irrelevant as it can be changed - but initial name should be nothing offensive
