This is my first time using the site and I'm out of my league - I dont think the seller has sold things here either as they were looking for a quick sale. Please advise any steps to take here. I dont believe it was malicious even if it has caused problems, I just want to sort this out. I included a continuous except from discord which covers the cancelling and recalling account. I have the entire log in html, csv, txt and json if requested. I didn't post the entire playerup from purchase link to end of conversations due to the varied topics and huge amount (I couldn't very well curate it to only include middle man or it doesn't make very compelling proof).

The seller Scott Justin (Xrose/Sanzu) is very active on discord and I have been in contact regularly during and after the incident. He wanted to buy an account for another game so when payment didn't transfer he had taken back the account, I believe to sell on the site that had the account he wanted and transferred money quickly.
I was angry when I suddenly was locked out but upon reading discord he wasn't getting paid so he recalled the account and changed the 3 way middleman conversation topic to cancelled order (Asking me to do the same so I could get refund). I would have preferred the account but he did continue trying to initiate a conversation with MM to get questions answered as we had been trying with the conversation and tickets since the beginning. I believe we only got automated responses except for the tickets that don't deal with MM stuff and they just suggested making another conversation or ticket. its 4.30am on a friday but my bank will make me go to a branch and sign love you that says i didnt place the order then send it off to sydney. usually better to deal straight with mastercard and get them to reverse the payment but these guys have enough on me that id probably get done for fraud rather than them after the whole id fiasco

also just a suggestion - after farming enough gold food for 2-3 weeks and anything else needed (more ult food for 60 gems, hp for gb pierce if you use it) I was going to start collecting the foods to get 5 of the the ch 6, 1 hour recipes improve passive gold from hawk (they are all 1684/hr 40416/24hr base sos 202k/day but they also benefit the most from the bar cosmetic that decreases calculation time by 5 minutes - works out 9.1% profit for what is already 15 or 16% better than the 2nd place foods
it was a bigger deal before 7% increase but it also works well if u need to swap it out (in my case to fill up my inventory with 5* xp pots
still only 220k/day though. I also changed your bulletin board to 20 friend coins from I think 7000g per daily mssion - works the ap pot for 20 dailies is worth about 3 times the 140k of the gold one (half stam books)

Oh I auto books 1 hit per round too - just makes ap pots more valuable. we sometimes get events that are very close to books without the 2 day timer - i think we only got one of the jp events that were better - the rest nm decided needed to be fixed for a global audience
I wasnt sure if it was the message or the emotion of something you sunk so much tiime into - without korean action mmo to take the slack

Im pretty hyped too though I'll start from scratch. maybe buy a low level account with some of the cash store stuff if it seems better
will need to look into classes now...youve tainted me by showing the ninja and mid rrange murder guy
oh right - I also changed the table out of habbit to 70% money back on gifts. I buy gifts at 50% off (I went nuts with the recent passive discounts on towns/cosmetics and cs units - with donation and demon it worked out 73 or 78% off everything in town and there was double stock for everything too so I bought out every popup shop i was awake for.....that way on daily gift runs I get money and 500 affection points lol
but i didnt realise you had no items (they kill your inventory space when you do it the way i did) so if ididnt change back to talk bonus go nuts!

other than that I should have only changed team 5 coz i knew it inside out and wanted to play with other teams you had after I'd farmed, killed the 5 guys for sa stones hammers etc and then start pushing in pvp and get faily box from brawl

Yeah I made a post in the forum saying its been almost 3 days Neither seller or I got private chat with mm as desribed throughout the site just the 3 way conversation. MM didnt answer any questions in there at all and any messages were just bots pointing to random guides. meanwhile no moneyy transfer, no assistance setting up acct like the <link> or any of the othr features in that ink. I don't know if we did soomething or the system messed up but the bots arent answering that either. Do I need VIP and live chat to do deals on this site?

now is the bot retarded (yes, of course) oe do they expect us to do everything again? Its different from the reply in the forum so this might just be mm fixing all my problems with his 'let bot answer' button

just a sec - this takes a while.....too much love you open so when i launch the browser with like 90 tabs from this site it kinda hates me (and two instances of bluestacks, youtube program etc cant help
oh sweet. forgot i was playing setting for the great suspender addon. all the tabs come in blank and then slowly populate titles and mouse over stuff

hell even unbound accounts are returned to owners by netmarble if they fill in the form, can answer questions or better yet show a receipt
