    Hello. I purchased 100 Telegram accounts, but I see nothing concrete updated.
    Transaction ID:1130000001474248334

    How longer do I have to wait to receive the 100 telegram pva accounts?
    If I don't receive it within half an hour, I would rather cancel the purchase.

    How can I cancel.
    This website is quite confusing for me.

    The reason of course you're unable to do anything / suspended is because you're using a VPN.

    Your payment was rejected by the card processor due to potential fraud. We have cancelled your order officially. I restored access to your account. Please avoid using VPNs in the future to avoid these issues.
