So now the account has some sort of debth of -43k primogems and i need to pay. If not the account get banned...i want the refund of this account

Yes i use middleman and i change the order status in canceled but the conversation with me Sellers and middleman is closed...

M@isa99 Apparently you opened a dispute on this payment. There was no need to file a dispute. Because of that, we had to allow the dispute to go through this morning versus refunding it. You should have received your funds back though and if you need further assistance, please let us know.
