I ended up paying two separate times for the same order because the initial payment I sent did not include the funds for the additional insurance. I didn't realize I mistakenly shortchanged until a few hours after the initial payment was made. In good faith I sent another payment (in full) and promptly messaged the middleman and created a ticket (#TKNWXUI_) on the site explaining the problem. After waiting a few days without reply I messaged Middleman again. It's been almost two weeks and I haven't got a single reply about a refund of the shorted payment. I've made two BTC payments to PlayerUp @ 32Mmp7ctGTw3hctRaT9gco6UPwrsQ8vDRv payment #1 was in the amount of +0.01532606 BTC (this was short the $10USD / 60 day insurance coverage) payment #2 was in the amount of +0.01563565 BTC I'm seeking a refund of the initial payment.
