    Here is my appeal. 1. I haven’t broken any of the TOS, so why am I suspended. 2. I think the reason you have suspended me is to gate keep a reason to not give me my money back from the order I cancelled. 3. If this appeal gets ignored then you know what happens... A response would be highly appreciated as I am curious about everything. PS: am still looking for my “credits” that you quoted you gave me but I still do not have them in my account(can provide evidence if asked).

    What are you talking about? You already opened a PayPal dispute that's the whole reason for your suspension nothing else.

    I opened a dispute because you claimed to have refunded me but you didn’t. Am I not wrong? Therefore I shouldn’t be suspended and you owe me $415usd as I haven’t done anything except use my legal rights where you’re company is based in.

    Refunding takes processing hence takes time, you just need remain patient while we were processing your refund instead you opened a PayPal dispute that's why we have to suspend you because its our legal rights as well.

    That is a lie. You said you were processing but here in my conversations you stated this(quote below). After this I filed the dispute because you lied(below).

    That was not a lie, it takes time you were just impatient which i can understand because you were afraid that you were getting scammed. If you want us to continue processing your refund then you need to close the dispute that you made on PayPal.

    The dispute has been closed. You lied about it the money "held in escrow" being transferred into my account. You should've re worded it but we both have made mistakes. Ok. To move on please continue processing my refund and un suspend me. Before you do that can you give me an estimate on how long it will take. Thank you for communicating with me appreciate it a lot mate
