    The account has now -43k primogems and receive a in game email where the miHoYo write that this account has trouble of third part buying site like the older possessor buy primogems not from the game but from unofficial site and refund request trouble. So now the account has some sort of debth of -43k primogems and i need to pay. If not the account get banned...i want the refund of this account

    Since this is a $600 transaction, I recommend you open a paypal dispute as well.

    How this work...now what i supposed ti do...i spent 600$ for An account that is going to be banned...and Sellers ignore me here and on discord...i open a dispute on PayPal but i now whats going to happen?

    Yes i use middleman and i change the order status in canceled but the conversation with me Sellers and middleman is closed...

    Apparently you opened a dispute on this payment. There was no need to file a dispute. Because of that, we had to allow the dispute to go through this morning versus refunding it. You should have received your funds back though and if you need further assistance, please let us know.
