    Once again, you have admitted that you are a liar! In previous posts you said that you and I have a time zone difference but this is a lie! We have the same time because I write to you at 2 pm you also have 2 pm!

    Facts are still against you! Beautiful to say does not mean to fulfill your promise! I am not going to receive payments via PayPal I want the payment to be returned to my Yandex Wallet from which the payment was made through your site via the FreeKassa payment gateway! Are you still saying that you don't use this payment gateway?

    To confirm your transfer, send the transaction ID! So that I can check your transaction via https://www.blockchain.com. The refund will be accepted after three confirmations in the Bitcoin network!

    And once again you prove your utter ignorance about how any company works. Unlike you, our company is not made of 1 individual desperately sitting behind a computer screen, frustrated that he cannot make profit out of a magical Spotify-streaming tactic he learnt a few months ago.

    Our bank being in Turkey does not mean in any way that our entire team works from Turkey. A company receive their payment where their headquarter is, but the support team is spread all around. Do we really have to tell you this? LOL.

    PlayerUp knows how many people works in our company because we all login through our separate locations. Definitely not going to reveal our location to you, even though all our IPs are masked. But to break down your delusion bubble.

    The verified members, moderators and all PlayerUp staff can see our IPs on real time. Even though we mask those as well, just to be sure, but still they can show the country of our post. Everyone knows we have different members in different countries. You can also enable this feature by not-being-so-cheap (as you are) and paying some extra dollars to unlock this feature. For the rest of the Verified users, who knows how real world works, we don't even have to prove anything because they already see it.





    We are not even forcing you to take PayPal. We are merely suggesting you because it clearly shows that you cannot endure the fire that is burning up your back because you made zero profit in your business just because of not having a clue about how to work Spotify business around.



    We never said that our website does not use it. We merely suggested that it is not the final gateway through which we receive our payment and sure as hell not the way through which we have initiated the refund. Refund is initiated from the source where we get our money. We cannot jump in between the standard channel just because you cannot seem to wait. So you cannot just jump to a conclusion that just because FreeKassa have not yet been intimated about the refund, does not mean we have not initiated it. The transaction goes further deeper through a few other payment processors. We have initiated it from our end, so do not expect FreeKassa to know about it, until we send a reference number here, nor threaten us to refund through FreeKassa because we will refund through how it is refunded.



    Your refund receipt will be sent to you when it is processed. Just like any other canceled order, this order will also be refunded and we never denied that, not before not now. All you need to do is WAIT for it. We are not asking anyone to close this case without us providing you the proof for the refund. We have said it since our first message itself that it has been initiated and receipt will be sent once it is processed. We do not know what other language to translate it to, in order to help you understand.

    I assure you it gives me pleasure to tell people about how not perfect your company is! And yes you're right I have a lot of time to tell people about what you can do with your customers deceive them give a lot of promises but do not fulfill them!

    I offered you a refund that will happen quickly now the choice is yours! Until I see the money I paid you in my account this dispute will not be closed!

    Unlike you I didn't cheat you made the payment on time. You have recognized that you have canceled the order and are ready to make a refund as you will do it is already your choice! But I assure you that you will return my money or lose your reputation completely!

    It's been 24 hours and I don't see any action regarding the refund. I ask the support service to pay attention to the fact that this seller regularly does not fulfill his promises to his customers and misleads them! I'm not going to wait 30+ days to return some $ 100 for my order! This is my right! This is a matter of principle! I'm not going to give money to scammers who cheat on every corner of their customers! The company claims that they make large volumes they have 3000 customers, but they can not return money for not delivered or low-quality goods! Shame on you!

    We also DO HOPE that the support team/ guests/ other members are watching this thread; because we know they are, and they are laughing at both your impatience and your utter ignorance.


    If this little whining brat could not endure the fire up his back with the “waiting” he could have accepted the PayPal refund offer (which literally EVERYONE accepts without any further question). But no you did not because you wanted things to be in your own way. So here things are going like the way you asked, and it’s utterly ludicrous that you don’t even know how those things work.

    At this point, we are not even surprised that how a simple business model that is giving lucrative profit to all our client, ended up bankrupting your business. You keep dabbling into things you have zero clue about and then point the fingers on others, too bad and the shame is only on you.


    This will literally be the last time we say this because just like everyone else, nobody likes repeating themselves about the same thing over and over (some people have the mental capacity to understand things at the first time itself). NOBODY IS DENYING YOU OF YOUR RIGHT OR YOUR REFUND! We literally said it countless times from our VERY FIRST MESSAGE that it has been initiated and when it is processed, its receipt will be sent here.


    We get the fact that you have zero-idea about how international transactions work, but let’s throw a quick light into it for you. Even when you make a purchase, the money gets immediately deducted from your account but DOES NOT REACH THE MERCHANT IMMEDIATELY! It takes upto 30 BUSINESS DAYS for the money to reach our account (but the rest of the world understands this and never whines about it). Just like that when we initiated the refund, it was deducted from our primary account, and now it will take its standard time before it reaches your account.


    Even companies like APPLE AND AMA-ZON takes 10-14 days to process an international refund (EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT). And we do sincerely apologize if we do not have a “magical way” to expedite a standard process that no other company is able to do.


    At this point, neither us or the support team or the guests/other members have any doubt on why you earned your glorious ‘High Risk’ badge. The rest of those 3000 customers understand how the real world works and that is exactly why we mutually make a profit in our businesses, something you would not learn because you merely started your tiny and insignificant business.

    You can now continue to keep whining, but the refund will be processed and will take its standard time of 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. If you cannot understand this simple fact or cannot wait for it, then take a free advice, not just from us but from the rest of the trader community as well and shut down your business and save yourself and others from your whining miseries. Being a ‘Karen’ does not help anyone anywhere. You will get it money when it is supposed to be credited, not before and not later.

    Once again you're acting like an old granny of 90 years too many words and very little action! We contacted the payment system explained the situation provided all the screenshots all the videos of our negotiations where you claim a refund! The payment system support team said that you did not make any requests for a refund! But this is not the most important news for you! The payment system through which we paid for your services has accepted our evidence and is ready to remove your site from its payment system and forcibly collect our money from you! If a refund is not made within 3-5 business days as you say we will initiate a dispute on the part of the payment system! In this case, you will lose access to your accounts on this payment system! I remind you that we save all your messages their changes will not help you avoid punishment! Like all Turkish people you love to say a lot of Sweet words to tell fairy tales but very little fulfill your promises! We absolutely do not care about how you can write beautiful texts we are only interested in the facts!
