What verification information could you require if I have paid by a # credit/debit card

    99% of orders that process through PlayerUp do not require any form of verification. However if you paid by direct credit/debit card and your payment is labeled high risk or is flagged by the card processor, we may require the following pieces of information. If you want to speed up your order, simply post this inside your Pre Middleman Order Startup ticket and that will help an agent handle speeding up the activation of your order / 3 way conversation ticket.

    1. A new Government Issued ID that isn't expired (# ID, Driver's License or an alternative ID). Your name, address and signature that match the information on your account you used to pay us with.

    2. A copy of the front and back of your credit/debit card you used to complete this transaction as seen in the image below:

    3. A screenshot of your online banking that shows the transaction you just made.

    4. A selfie photo of you holding your new ID and Card (showing your whole face and ID's). See example below:
