    I started the transaction for the Clash Royale account on 12/25/2020. After sending payment the very same day, the middleman process was created. However, there has been no activity from the user and after requesting an update on Sunday (1/03/2021), I've come to the realization that it doesn't look like I'm going to get the account and would thus like a refund. Uploaded is proof of our transaction and conversation.

    He's not responding here either. I don't believe they're going to release the account.

    Wait For An Agent To Approve Cancellation

    Hi again, it looks like the @Middleman is not responding, now. I changed the 3-way conversation ticket on Tuesday and it's now Friday, with no updates. I also sent a message with the "@Middleman" on Wednesday and no response. Can you tell me how long this process should take?

    Okay, at this point, I'm ready to open a dispute with PayPal and go about this that way. There is no reason a website should take this long to give a refund. This is the first time I've made a purchase on here and going by this situation, will be the last. Really disappointed in the support I've received.
