It has the uranium core unlocked with 70k uranium collected. It has SOS and Slaughter. The city has all the resources to upgrade to lvl 31, just not hit the button yet. The city is fully levelled to 30. It comes well stocked with speed ups and plenty of war utility’s. The city comes with 16 farms: 6 x lvl 15 1 x lvl 16 1 x lvl 17 1 x lvl 19 3 x lvl 20 2 x lvl 21 1 x lvl 22 1 x lvl 25 Price is £1200, I’ve spent more than 4 times that. It’s a real fighting machine.
