They've just edited the screenshot where it says its being verified so they do not have any credits on their account at all.
AJHQ are picky bitches frankly and won't be able to restore all of my items back. They did for me once in 2014 I believe and don't repeat the process. On top of that it's wrong to sell from AJ items so they wouldn't do it for me.
