Hi, days ago i wanted to buy a LoL account with a specific skin ( KD/A prestige edition Kai'sa) and the account i was going to buy from PREMIUM ACC (seller name) had in his title: Kai'sa prestige edition-gold4-62WR HIGH MMR. I tried to contact the seller on discord to have any information but he was really slow to give answers. I bought the account to start the transaction and i had my 3 way conversation ticket created. Finally he added me on discord and we could discuss the info for the account there to make the transaction faster with the middleman service. When i asked him infos for the account he told me that the skin i was looking for was not in the account as the title said. He was selling another skin called (KD/A ALL OUT prestige edition kai'sa) so on discord we agreed to cancel the order and he seems very friendly and all was going good. He just didnt know about the mistake and as i said he told me i could cancel the order without any problem so i changed the order status into buyer-cancel order. i waited days and the seller still has to cancel the order and now he doesnt answer anymore on discord...he doesnt even have the money becouse the middleman server still have them. He just seems to not log in anymore or just dont care...i see him online on discord but he doesnt answer anymore. i have ofc screen of the chats. i just want the refound from the middleman server and the transaction to be cancelled
Transaction ID: 922221984 i have discord screen where we both agreed to cancel the order becouse of this mistake. He didnt know about the difference beetween these skins so as i said we both friendly agreed to cancel the order but he is not answering anymore
and btw i tried to contact middleman and non-middleman support to have any info and update about this cancellation and i still have to get 1 single answer from your middleman support aswell the normal one. the only answer i got its finally here and u tell me to wait middleman to cancel the transaction..
