Resolved I paid to buy credits

    i paid 2 tmes 20$ to buy credits , but still waiting it to come my balance, i dont understand hwat is the problem. pls fix this . thnx

    This 2nd one for $20.60 was also rejected by the card processor - https://www.playerup.com/conversati...p-transaction-id-1130000001370892318.1989245/

    This charge has been voided.

    Both $20.60 charges have now been voided back to the cardholder. Please use an alternative payment method to checkout as the card processor didn't approve either of the charges you made and the funds were never pulled from the cardholder (voided charges).
