Why Should The Feedback Be Removed This Buyer left a feedback on our profile claiming that "Account password was changed" without providing any further details. He hasn't even provided any proof of such claim or any other sort of open-ended communication and he hasn't been online ever since. If he is a genuine Buyer; ALL OUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A 12-MONTHS WARRANTY! And his product is also eligible for warranty and all he has to do is claim it by providing evidence of his claim. All he has to do is contact us with a screenshot of his problem, give us 24-48 hours to respond and we will either fix the account or provide a replacement FOR FREE covering up to the entire warranty period. We would love to wait for his response and see what he has to say, but we also cannot ignore the fact that, we as a Seller, also has to face with many Buyers who purchase a product, leave an unwarranted feedback after a certain period of time (without giving any evidence) just for the sake of claiming a false refund and also ruin the reputation of a Seller in such a process. We would like to think that he is a Genuine buyer with an actual problem, and we would love to resolve it with him. But we have already attempted to contact him multiple times and he hasn't responded yet [Image-1]. Also the fact that his profile is marked as 'High Risk' worries us that he never will [Image-2]. 6. @Support How long are we supposed to wait? This guy hasn't even logged in since last week! If his feedback was genuine, he would have provided a proof by now. You can see the images provided by us, we have even tried contacting him ourselves, asking for the details of his account so we could check and offer him replacement (IF HIS CLAIM WAS VALIDATED); but he hasn't bothered to respond or even come online for that matter.
