Reboot B Program/script which will notify of Elite Boss

Hey - I'm looking for a script or program that will play a sound if an Elite Boss spawns in my map (the big ones that turn the edges of your screen purple and have a health bar at the top of the screen).

Let me know if you could make something like this.
