Yes! I can confirm that I have received the refund from @Buga and it is all good now. I also received confirmation from PayPal that the case against him is fully closed.

Buyer Blocked me on telegram few hours ago even i refunded him full payment through paypal but thats not an issue.

we blocked him 2 days ago from our website still he paid for 2 items back to back today using VPN or Other device. he blocked us from telegram after that.

we were able to purchase and send payment through paypal ,we also completed some transaction after sending him 10$ thier was no issue but now

we can't purchase anything '' we aren't able to process your payment using your paypal account at this time. please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method."

Why he is still corrupting our system ?

 

Not entirely sure what does that have to do with this, can you explain a bit more?

Who is "WE" here? You or another person who's trying to purchase from you? Also the message just states "at this time" so it might just be a system issue on PayPal. If the message still shows then get in touch with a PayPal customer representative to learn about the issue and seek advice.

 

we is me here, i can't pay and purchase anything now through paypal.

 

why buyer purchased 2 times back to back when we blocked him from our website and after that he blocked us on telegram after purchase.

i am not happy with buyer my main issue was that their should not be any problem in my paypal thats why i replied and tried to solve it but because of him this happened and evreything wasted. i am not very big seller but completed atleast 100+ orders (but i just started from 2 months ago) through paypal without any problem. so why this time? for only 10$

From what i can see, you are saying that @DrNight12 is -----, if you can give us any proofs that connects ----- and @DrNight12 as the same person then that would be great. The chatlog between the two of you could've given the answer for that question but its blurred out so.

Wait a minute, what? I am not corrupting anything!

Just like a store, once the issue with you was resolved I saw an article on this forum I liked and I purchased it from you, using a different PayPal so you wouldn’t block the transaction AND so it wouldn’t have to do anything with previous sale for the safety and commodity of both of us.

And regarding Telegram, please tell the full story, I asked you to unban me from the website, you said you don’t want to deal with me and to stop buying from your website – I told you I won’t cause any trouble and that I would leave good reviews, which I did!; and since you weren’t saying anything I blocked you, plus, what’s the point of having someone on Telegram if they don’t wanna speak to you or hear from you? I haven’t purchased anything else since you told me to not buy from your website.

From the screenshots you posted you have had many transactions on PayPal after mine (at least 8 that can be seen on the screenshot), so maybe it is not my fault you are having issues with PayPal, as @Help pointed out, it says “at this time”, maybe it’s an error or you should contact them.

Therefore, the summary of the new situation is the following:

• I made 2 purchases
• Paid with different PayPal (to avoid issues)
• Talked to you on Telegram
• You told me to not buy from you
• I stopped buying and blocked you from Telegram
• You made at least 8 more transactions on PayPal after mine

For the sake of solving this situation, I have now unblocked you from Telegram, feel free to send me any messages. But I want to say I did nothing to cause you troubles – I purchased something from a different account and PayPal to make sure it went smooth, to turn over the page of this dispute and doing a clean purchase.

@Buga what happened with his newest orders? Did he open a dispute on those as well or you just refunded it back?

I can read that, he provided his explanation on that as both of us could see from the reply he sent. He also explained why he blocked you on telegram.

Anyway, i think you are just overthinking this. I still suggest contacting PayPal's customer representative and ask for an explanation regarding the issue you are having with your account and seek for help on how to fix it.

 

@DrNight12 can you show us the message that you got from PayPal regarding the case against @Buga telling that it was closed.

Yes, of course, below you can find 2 screenshots, one from the PayPal Resolution Center where the case sits under “closed cases” and the second screenshot is from my email, where I got the confirmation about the case being closed.

I am not too sure why @Buga instantly decided to blame me for issues with PayPal, when we can clearly see he had 8 more transactions after mine :/

Also, @Buga could you please remove the screenshots with my name on it? @Help, if it is not too much to ask, could you please remove my name from your quoted post? It’s mostly to keep my identity private as I use a nickname for a reason and I don’t want that information to be public.
