    Thank you very much for intervening and offering a solution to this issue. While I do not fully agree with removing negative reviews for poor service, your proposal seems to be very fair and reasonable.

    Therefore, yes, as long as Buga modifies his posts and provides the full terms and conditions to avoid misleading anyone else and promises a replacement/refund when the case on PayPal is closed then it is all good on my part, and I will then head to PayPal to shut the case down.

    Sir (@Help) i opened my paypal and i got 3 huge huge messages of BUYER in open case. Paypal case is now not open to reply anything it is under review now. ACTIVITIES OF BUYER IS 100% WRONG 100% WRONG.

    From which angel Dear buyer thinks our services are poor ???????????

    Its like buyer purchased a glass broked it and now trying to get refund even we are cooperating and requsting give us time but he ignored us in chat and he created case in paypal and sending huge huge messages there, gave us negative review created dispute and when we still saying thats its ok we are ready to gave you refund he is saying '' we are misleading '' & '' our services are poor "

    I opened this report and expressed my situation and shared my proof and feelings about the whole thing. @Help has been a good mediator, and while I might not agree 100% with the solution and its consequences (removal of reviews and so), I, like I said, am willing to cooperate and close this thing.

    I am willing to do what @Help said and I will close the PayPal case once you modify your posts and provide the full terms and conditions (like you agreed before) and promise a replacement, and if a replacement is impossible, a refund.

    I am ready to cooperate and I am ready to fulfill my end of the bargain, I am just waiting for you to do your part too. This thing being open and dragging on completely depends on you at this point.

    Help Sir, Dear buyer's statements only shows that he only wants our loss. we are cooperating with him from the begning.

    His Statement on telegram was " just refund me in open case" His PayPal Case is still open

    Help Sir If he is fighting in PayPal Case and sending huge messages there then what should i do ??

    SUMMARY OF DISPUTE FROM OUR SIDE

    We Delivered account instantly after purchase .

    Due to buyers activity his account is LOCKED TEMORARILY (Not Blocked) clearly not our issue. their is nothing like strength of mega account, all mega accounts are equal so it is not like we delivered weak account.

    He never requested us to give refund he always forced to get refund like a ruler but still we never refused to give him refund. we only said that sorry we can't refund in open case (because we don't want to lose paypal case in which their is not our mistake) and we also requested him that we will replace it if you fall in such problem but product was out stock at that time.

    Buyer is reacting like he lost 1000$ but it is $10 only and we never said that we will not give him refund.

    For 10$ we spread negativity everywhere ( he ignored our messages in telegram, we not blocked him even last messages was also mine) but he texted long messages on paypal dispute, gave 1 start rating, negative comment on thread and created dispute here. (i think creating dispute should be last option)

    i thought i should create a dispute against buyer that he crated an paypal case after getting account but we not did this because we don't like disputes we still contacted buyer but he ignored us and said that ''refund money in open case''

    Buyer still not closed paypal case

    Help Sir if you still think that buyer is right and should not be suspended due to his intolrance activities then we will refund him even in dispute. but in my opinion Buyer is 100% wrong. Abusing rights of buyer, still blaming us.

    Please solve and close this case as soon as possible

    @DrNight12 please proceed on closing the PayPal case. @Buga make sure to provide what the buyer asked after they closed the PayPal case.

    Well for both parties convenience i'd suggest just fixing this and move on. @Buga would you rather him continue pursuing this here and continue the case in PayPal or just fix it yourselves?

    I will suggest to you that you calm down, yes, I opened the messages as I had a few minutes in the morning but I didn’t get a chance to read through them. I am finally available and had a moment to read through all the trash you wrote, I apologise of course for saying that, but it is a fact, what you wrote is frankly out of place, especially when an agreement has been reached.

    However, I want to be the bigger man here (not a ruler, just a man) and I will not continue defending myself against your accusations, instead, now that I have had a chance to check that you have finally modified your adverts (which was the main issue all along tbh), I have now fulfilled my end of the bargain as I promised @Help and you I will.

    I have now requested for the closing of the PayPal case (as it was under PayPal review already) and I would like to receive the replacement if possible, if not, a refund, please and thank you. I would also like to ask @Help to not delete this thread, but rather archive it, as I have been called intolerant by @Buga who now looks like wants me suspended for presenting a case against him.


    In any case, I have delivered the promised terms and the case on PayPal has been closed, and have received an email confirming the case’s closing, as per @Buga ‘s request.


    Thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity to dispute this situation, and thank you @Help for mediating in this dispute.
