    @Help i cooperated with buyer everytime and requested to give us time as product is out of stock but buyer opened case in paypal (still open) and left negative reviews.

    Yes, I have left negative reviews, because as I am repeating for the millionth time, you advertise a set of conditions that you then don’t deliver, and then you censored me and deleted my reviews from your website because you don’t want people to see what your practice really does. You didn’t address me on the reviews or argued my point, you just deleted my reviews and banned me from the website, which is a really dodgy and childish move.

    I only opened the PayPal case and left the negative reviews AFTER talking to you in private and understanding from what you told me that I had no warranty available, even though you advertise it on PlayerUp and your own website. I tried to cooperate but you left me no alternative than to report this unfair situation.

    I don’t think his ad on PlayerUp should stay the same @Help, I believe that if he states that there is warranty, he should honor it, but if when asked about the warranty his reaction is “What warranty?” and doesn’t provide the promised replacement/refund he should at the very least remove that line from his post and alert others of the danger of buying accounts from him.

    Ugh… No mate, that’s not how it works, if you leave a sentence saying “In case of problems, you will receive a replacement during the warranty period. If there is no replacement. Then you will get a refund.” you are stating and implying a warranty, in case there is no warranty you have to properly notify the customers or in its defect, you should remove that sentence, so they are aware they are buying a product with no protection whatsoever on your part.

    Like, you admit you use the same lines for all your posts, and those lines even include the word WARRANTY in them!! “If you break the rules your warranty stops”.

    Lie seriously, I can’t believe that you are arguing this point when it’s so painfully obvious, you must know you are in the wrong on this one, I just can’t comprehend how you are not seeing this and how you still think you are right.

    Dear Buyer i noticed you are continuously saying about this line “In case of problems, you will receive a replacement during the warranty period." What you think how much warranty this line means ? and why you forcing on this line when you paid on other website acceptrd terms and condition there with clearly saying "no replacement no refund" you not closed paypal case yet when i promised to solve this issue either with replacement or refund in 2-3 days


    @Help sir please close this case and i request you to remove his negative comment on my meg.nz thread as that comment is false i am cooperating and requesting buyer and replying every text. i think buyer should cooperate with us should give us time close his paypal case

    I apologise for replying to this message, but I think you were once again misleading the attention of the report.

    Of course you have noticed that the line you wrote is being continuously mentioned by me, because as I have stated many times already, that is the main issue I have opened this report, because I believe you line is false and misleading. But fine, even though we are on PlayerUp and not on your site, I will focus to your site, where the following line is (you quoted it earlier):

    “Refunds on premium accounts are not applicable after the sending and securing the account if proven to be working from the first time if any issues occur after that only warranty on the account applies and no refunds are accepted”

    This is from your own website’s privacy policy/terms and conditions. “if any issues occur after that only warranty on the account applies” you can see this phrase, therefore, as I repeat once again you provided security by text in your advert here on PlayerUp and on your own website, you state there is a warranty. You say that while refunds are not possible warranty applies to the account both here and on your website when people buy and accept terms and conditions, but then on private you said “What warranty?” when I asked you about it, is that a common line in your website too?

    If you ask me @Help, I don’t believe my comment should be removed from his post, as my point stands and I proved it thus far, that I was mislead by this seller; but it is, of course, your call @Help and that of the Support team. I would like to point out though that I also think it is a very bad practice to remove bad reviews like he did on his website just because he doesn’t like them.

    @Help sir sorry we need your support you can see clearly mistake is of buyer and he is not all coopertive.
    For one time if we accept that it was our mistake, first of all we delivered account not scammed, but he is showing like we scammed him


    Buyer need a close paypal cases and give us time to replace account but buyer changing to diffent differnt line just showing us incorrect and wrong that is clearly not right.

    Mate, how is it a false statement? I literally copied and pasted your own words from previous posts, you can check on the previous page, it’s all there.

    Or do you mean it’s false that you remove reviews from your website? I mean, you have told here that I posted 3 negative reviews, if we go on your website we will see 0 reviews, right? Therefore, you do remove negative reviews, which is not false either.

    The only false statements here, all along, are yours, the ones you put in your posts and your website, which is what this report is all about.

    Buyer should cooperate with us should not open paypal case , disputes everywhere, negative comment and 1 star ratings even last 7 messgaes on telegram is mine just want to tell i was requesting buyer to close disupted and should wait for replacemnt and rufund , his disputed and case is meaningless and totally false.

    @Buga so you are proposing that you could either give a replacement account or refund the full amount that the buyer paid you (whichever the buyer wants to choose) IF they close the PayPal case that they've opened against you?

    Once this is resolved, we will remove the comments from your thread here BUT what i will be asking you is to provide the full terms and conditions not just a portion from what you wrote in your website if you don't want this to be used against you again.

    Yes @Help i will refund buyer if he close case in paypal but not instantly after closing case. he should wait for 1-2 days or i if he want i can replace account but i don't think replacement will be good option now.


    we are sorry sir (@Help) but as you know we can't write complete terms and conditions in thread either we will share embaded link or will write about refund and replacement policy.

    but there is no issue with that, dear buyer just want to prove me wrong thats why he sharing this
    ( i requested buyer that please wait for few days we will replace it or otherwise will will refund you then i think we are replacing or refunding him even our privacy policy doesn't allow to refund and replace in his case)

    @Help Sir Because we are replying him properly in telegram where he contacted first time after purchse and cooperating with him.

    we requested him to give us time because product was out of stock at that time. our privacy-poicy says no replacement but still we requsted him to give us time to replace or refund then he should not blame terms and conditions.


    we not blocked him, not stopped replying him our messages are way more more than his messages in telegram. even last 7 seven messages are of ours sent 2 days ago.
    we showed him many proofs for his satisfaction.

    THEN WHY HE CREATED PAYPAL CASE ?and not close even we requsted so much , negative comment , 1 star rating and even dispute here as you can see.

    I'm quite sure you can put more than 1000 words for every threads, i've seen one post with much longer content than your terms and conditions'. You don't need to put the whole privacy-policy just the terms and conditions one is good enough.

    I mean if you're going to put a portion of your terms and conditions here why not just put the complete list in the first place so you don't have to go to your website and show more things that were not mentioned in your listings here in our site.
