Sent him the money on the 28th, and he confirmed he received it. Then he claimed he could not transfer it to his bank. However, he also would not transfer the money back to me. He has hardly responded to messages and been hard to get in contact with. He could either send me the account info or send me the money back, but he has done neither. Cashapp balance can be sent back and forth, so if he could not transfer it to his bank he could easily have sent it back.
