Stole Money Scammed

I ve been scammed by a guy outside the website. Was my mistake trusting people.

I gave password and email to try the account but he changed everything.
I m stupid, but he gave me id, Facebook and cc pictures....

After he changed everything he deleted everything on telegram.

I read a lot of sellers that recalls account after getting the money... I ve been scammed but why i can t restore my Gmail account? Is sayng they can't recognize me.. Im the owner of the Gmail, always used on my smartphone.. What he did? How can I do?

I ve done that... But it's showing, that they can't verify its me.. How it's possible? I never used another device... I opened the Gmail account 5 years ago...
