    I bought an MSF account from this gentleman. the payment has been made I have the proofs, the conversations too. but this one gave me an account which does not work and left without giving me any more news.

    Contact skrill and ask them to get your payment refunded back to you.

    They should, just give them proofs that you were scammed by that user.
