Never Delivered Charged but i cancelled order and did not receive a product.

    Seller is inactive so i cancelled the order. The site charged me but it seems it is waiting for him to confirm the cancellation. I recieved no product. Can i please recieve a refund.

    Wait For An Agent To Approve Cancellation
    Wait for Middleman to process your cancellation. Once your cancellation has been processed, Middleman will post specific details on your cancellation inside your private and 3 way conversation ticket.

    The order cannot be cancelled because the buyer is inactive.

    "If the seller approves the buyers request for a refund, please click on Change Order Status and select the "Seller - Cancellation Request" option. If the seller denies the buyers refund request, please respond back stating your reason and a middleman agent will respond to your rebuttal shortly."
