Explain how someone can use your website as a moderator to scam someone else and your website allows it?? Or how they can create and delete the ticket using middleman’s email from play ups website. So much for it being a secure site!!! I will blog on every game site about what you guys have done. Email spoofing. You are free to do whatever you want but did you read the guidelines that we have provided in our site before you posted your item for sale?
They are not a moderator, they are scammers pretending to be a PlayerUp staff. If you read our guidelines, it clearly stated that only @Middleman operates all middleman transactions not someone with random name.
I'd contact the game support team first to get your account back then attack us for your carelessness however you want.
I am certain the the transcripts from the transaction should be easy enough to review. Why can’t support review them and confirm my suspicions that the @Middleman account was being used to conduct the sale? Just review your logs. I have all the emails from your servers.
I have and followed them. I’m appalled that your security is lapsed and your team is allowing active scamming using your website.
@Middleman is @Middleman if someone else contacted you in our site claiming to be our staff to assist your with your transaction is a scammer.
So you just made that link after a "Middleman Order" was opened for you? I guess you really did not bother reading our guidelines if that did not make it very suspicious for you, our Middleman Service is optional so in order for the buyer to use our middleman service for their purchase they need to click on that link first then process their payment and only by then the ticket for your transaction will be opened NOT the other way around which is what you are saying here. Still this doesn't explain how they found out that you are selling something if you didn't list anything for sale.
