Stole Money Dispute against Gentle Hilt sold me a stolen account

The account he sold was stolen. And was retrieved by the original owner min ago.

The original owner contacted me the day I purchased the account and told me his account was stolen.

I contacted Gentle_Hilt and informed him of what happened. He told me he was scammer and just block him.

I did block him at 1st but I felt something was wrong so I contact the original owner again and he did provied me some evidences. then I reached Gentle_Hilt and I asked him if it's was a stolen account and he told me it's not.

And I asked him again to reassure what I bought that was an original owner account. And he told me yes it was.

And after that he told me I was fking annoying and not letting him play with his friends

So I shut up because I paid for an assurance that if I was scammed you will help me.

So today the account was retrieved by the original owner. And I made sure it was secured by F2A with my email and phone number.

Then I contacted the original owner I was gonna make a deal with him and he told me that he retived the account and blocked me after.

 

These are my conversations with the original owner.
He got my phone number by clicking on forgot password on genshin impact launcher. It shows the linked email and phone number of the account.

 

And these are the conversations with Gentle_Hilt when I brought the problem to him couple of times

 

He is now threatening me to block me from this website

 

Made wrong assumptions. He is not threatening.
But still very disrespectful person

 

And he admitted that the accounts he sells are his friends

 

Ok so wait, you changed the account email phone # AND setup 2FA and he still reclaimed the account how? What is the point of changing the email on an account if the seller can always take it back?

 

That's what I thought If I put my new email and my phone he can't reclaim the account.
But apparently if you talked to support and provide info like :
1.the date the account was made.
2. Information on the1st credit card was used. And it was used.
3. your Friend list if you have.
4. The 1st Email the account was linked to.

If you provied these they will return your account within a couple of days. And that's what happened

I had high hopes about buying an account here but so far my experience has left a lot to be desired.

I already told there's no reason for me to do that. I told you by fact if somebody reported your account you will be banned because rerolling and selling account in genshin impact illegal by terms of game.

to report an account you need the right info

Not anyone can just report and they listen to him. He needs proofs

And why would someone report it.
You are the original owner after all.
You know all the details for the account

Simply meaning the account you sell are yours and your friends.

 

I have acquaintance ( friend my friend ) who told me sell this account. Because he was already trusted i agree.
