    Can you elaborate more on what lead you to believe that your buyer here is trying to scam you?

    The problem is you never posted ANY account information in the 3 way ticket so we have no way to prove you delivered as you didn't follow instructions.

    If you delivered the account information offsite, then sadly we cannot prove the buyer received the item. If you delivered it onsite, we could have actually tested and checked to see who had the account information.

    As a result, since you didn't follow instructions, the buyer has provided a valid claim and we cannot see proof of delivery to support you, we have sided this case in favor of @codemaza

    Please note that if disputes arise in the future and you don't change your delivery patterns, similar outcomes will occur. Only release account information inside the 3 way ticket. If you want to later release it offsite, you can but unless you deliver 1st inside the 3 way conversation ticket, we cannot validate that you actually made delivery. I know this is likely the outcome you didn't expect but we have to make a tough decision based on the evidence provided to us.
