Unfortunately since you paid them directly the best assistance we could help you is suspending the user. I'm assuming you already contacted PayPal by now and explained everything to get your money back?
Yes of course, he has 1 week left to explain to them but he only keeps lying to all of us and obviously don't want to give the money back. I don't know how will it end, I've delivered them all the proofs and all our convos right from the start.
