Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below Additionally, I created a new discord after I noticed suspicious activity going on on the account and I hit this guy up asking if he was selling the account and he said he is. Shortly after, I notice I get logged out of my account. I am in contact with kingisle and if they tell me that it is the owner trying to get the account back then I will provide another screenshot of that. He is ultimately trying to scam me of 362.55 which is unacceptable. I am pretty sure I got insurance for this purchase. He is not responding to any of my messages. The first screenshot is telling me my account is locked because too many tries trying to type in the password that I set for myself. I even reset the password and the reset password email did not come to my email that I have set. The second screenshot is me pretending to be someone new and him trying to sell me the same account that I got. If you look on the post he originally posted where I bought the account, you can see that it says three max levels, and lower level account. I ended up getting one of the characters max which would make it a total of four. His level 77, I got level 88. So on the discord chat you can see he mentions four maxes and level 80s which he wouldnt know unless he had access to the account.
I have more information. KingIsle emailed me saying the account is locked and the only time it’s locked is when someone is trying to get their account back and they are investigating.
I would also like to know what the process is when you get scammed. I believe I bought insurance but it was the wrong package. Do I still have a chance at getting the money credited?

Please report this account to Wizard101 and get it banned so the seller doesn't do this again in the future. Simply say you bought it and he took it back. Report the account was sold and it will be banned.
