As you can see the photos are in order starting from screenshot_6 to screenshot_13. The seller confirmed delivery and so did I after changing the email to one of mine and the password as well. He said I hope you enjoy the account and goodbye. Hours later when I attempted to log into Steam the password failed me, then I noticed the email had been changed when attempting to send a password. Keep in mind the seller hadn't told me in advance or alerted me until I believe somewhere around 20 to 30 minutes later and canceled the order and then he said "Sorry I found a better price".
Also the fact that I had been able to play the account for a couple hours and even buying some in game currency ($25) and setting my credit card up with the account.
I also have a question is this even legal at this point? The seller gave me the account. I took ownership and he steals it back from me without even telling me in advance. Thanks for your time.
Okay so we don't need to take any action here. 1. This is a middleman order 2. The order is still pending per @Middleman and the funds are still held in escrow. However, per @Middleman you have until November 4, 2020 to reach an agreement here @Sanskar Meena before the order may auto cancel and the funds would then be returned to the buyer.
Since you paid by credit/debit card, the order will auto cancel after 6 to 7 calendar days from the time you paid. You're all set. Mark your 3 way ticket buyer - cancel order. Closing this case as "resolved" since the seller never even bothered responding to this ticket you opened.
