    @Help why does he have my instagram account that's all the proof u need to give me my refund or my account back before I contact the police about this weird scamming stuff

    You guys can proceed with the cancellation of the transaction as @Imi already got the account back and he did propose to get your money refunded back to you while we continue investigating this and penalize the one who made this mess.

    To process a cancellation/refund request...
