Dear Support, I recently found a seller on Player Up with the store name "Rude Rush" and discord username sin#8657. I purchased a Damascus COD account and multiplayer game (which I never received) from him in hopes of being able to use this to play with. He said that battlenet was linked to the account, but it was his own account and everything was completely secure and he guaranteed no issues would come from it. He also told me that he does not boost accounts, but on his player up page it is stated that "all accounts are legit and boosted by ourselves." After receiving the account and logging in it was shadow-banned instantly. I've never been banned, and the PC that I logged in with was a brand new build for work, even though hes claiming im HWID. It's not possible. The next day I logged back on to check the account and make sure everything was the same. I was met with Activision login screen. I went to log in and the password and email were changed. I then visited Activision's website and came to the conclusion the original owner of the account had taken the account back, and that the account was originally stolen. sin#8657 refuses to refund me my money unless he can get the account back, which is never going to happen because it was stolen from the original owner. He also claims that he is not allowed to load money onto his PayPal and was unable to refund because his "admin cashed out the funds." I have consulted with other sellers/buyers on this forum and have confirmed that he has sold cracked accounts multiple times, and refuses refunds every time. Also second,we were already talking about refunding you using transferwise after your money from my paypal hits my bank to secure well if you chargebacked via your paypal,which is securing ourself from getting scammed,but turns out on the second day you said the account was gone and vanished? The reason i can't send you the money instantly because when you sent me the funds,i already withdrawed to my bank,i also agreed with you that i will send the money back using transferwise,you can refer to the chat logs you sent yourself. You said the account was originally stolen,do you have any proofs for that? The real name,address is all under my name on activision. And you immediately assumed that was a stolen 'russian' account just because i used a domain of rambler.ru. Okay that was all fine until you say the account was 'vanished','recovered',#','cracked',nice assume with no proofs. So basiclly you assumed me,Leaded the account got shadowed,recovered the account back in a day after you changed my account emails,passwords,etc etc in a day by contacting activision support.And easy requesting a refund,it was too suspicious on POV .
And a wow,deleted most of the conversation from your side,making i have no discord proofs of what you said before and leading all the faults to me.

I do not have problems with 95% of my buyer,If you can show any of my buyer's out and i confirmed that i ever sold them or no via discord or anything,or just tell them to put the proofs here ,if they wants a refund i will give them a refund as well,making lies does not help you in this situation.

Thats why we agreed for a refund after the paypal funds hit my bank and using transferwise to transfer the money back to your bank account. Another reason why i can't send the money back because i dont have multiple cards like anyone else,if anyone lives in malaysia's know our country's regulation and rules. The only problem is,how do we know you did not ran with the account and making all this up? The reason i refused to refund you was simple,i ain't getting my account back like we agreed,so should i still refund you? Is it even fair for me? Do i know you had changed the details and stuff and acting all this up? You never showed any proofs of recoveries and stuffs. 0. None. Nothing. Your claim is only on all your words.

And what you told me is,the account orignally was'nt shadowbanned,but once you had changed the account activision's email address and it got shadowbanned? Ridiculous lol.
@Help @Ryan @RudeRush You agreed to a refund if the account was able to be returned, which it is not because the original owner of the account took it back, BECAUSE IT WAS STOLEN. @Ryan @Help you can read the entire chat log attached via IMGR and a text thread. It was not shadow banned 30 minutes after I logged on, it was shadowed instantly after one que and backout. Reference the chat posted above. There are screenshots and everything. I also made a new account per your request to verify to you that I was not HWID banned + have been playing on my main for the last week everyday with no issues. It's the account, not on my end. When I tried to do an account recovery Activision was not sending recovery emails. Theres tons of threads on reddit about people buying accounts and OG owners claim them back. Here's some for reference. Also -- Sin and Quack Quack both blocked me on discord and deleted me from their server. I still have all of the conversations though. Theyre screenshotted in the IMGR link and the text fle attached in the OP. I didn't delete any messages, thats what happens when you block someone on discord @RudeRush. It deletes the entire conversation lol. You also sad you had access to OG email which you did not lol. You used a temporary email to register the account. Anyone can do this. The account was re-linked on new blizzard account September 28th after @RudeRush unlinked his acct. The activision and blizzard account should be locked for 12 months until 9/28/2021. If this was really your blizzard account you should be able to recover the activision profile no problem!? It's not though. It was a stolen account from another user. If you're the OG owner like you're claiming please provide any receipts for in game purchases, or purchases of the game. I've asked you multiple times for them and you never provided, probably because they do not exist. I can verify 3 sellers that confirmed they bought stolen accounts off of you and they were taken back by original owner shortly after. Regardless @Help @Ryan, if you read through our entire message log its very easy to tell that this was a scam. If they have 95% reviews, maybe some of their accounts are legitimate, but im providing you with enough eviidence to show that this account was stolen. I would like to be refunded ASAP. @Help @Ryan I hope you take action on this and all of the other sellers who are taking advantage of buyers on this market place.

Well,I agree for a refund if I was getting my account back,me and the buyer had already an deal before he claimed the account 'vanished',also,there is no way for me to recover the account in a day,so do anyone here think it is possible to recover the account within a day via Activision support? We came to an agreement,he gives me back the account,i refund him,if I don't get back my account why should I refund him? Third that he claimed I blocked him on discord,I didn't,I can still see every chat and conversation but some of the chats were deleted,it was not the same as the one he uploaded here,many convos pointing at him is deleted making him leading all the faults back to me again. Another one,he said the account was not shadow banned within the 30 minutes,meaning it is AFTER he logged in,played for 30minute,after 30minute the shadow bans happened,and he assumed that it was he changed the email of the Activision account causing the shadow ban? Also last,as he said,I have the account since September 28,and the last time I log in to the account was 10/3,even the shadow bans was on my fault,it will be removed on 10/10,everyone knows this,just ask any seller here.and once he log in the first 30minute was fine and it got shadowed after he said he changed the account email address ?Does changing email address gives you a shadow ban
Making it clear here,he had already changed email address and password,real name,addresses before the shadow ban happens.

This is a joke lol. The screen shots you just uploaded are from the second account that you asked me to make in hopes of using the activision recovery service. It's not going to work because the original owner claimed the account back. ** NOTICE HOW IT SAYS WHITEGHOST2#1302243 and the original account sold was WHITEGHOST#7749259. More screenshots are attached of the actual conversation. The full conversation is uploaded via a text file. It's all of the original text exported from discord. I reuploaded just incase you decide to read! @Help @Hulk @Ryan if you guys can't see through this I don't really know what else to say. I'm not going to keep arguing back and forth with this guy. It's clear that he does bad business and could careless about accommodating people who spend money with him, even when he is in the wrong. I also paid for multiplayer and he never included it! Money aside these kids are scamming customers on this platform. The proof is in all of these conversations. Just look at the way he responds, its a bunch of nonsense. I hope justice is served.
Your 'actual' conversation is a joke,by deleting the convos your conversation means nothing,making up everything does not help you,we have all the proofs here if you want us to upload

Original infos when i deliver to you. You verified the email on your side,matching everything inlucding the original activision ID. You logged in with the og mail and stated after that the account was shadowbanned after you change your email? And it instantly disappeared when i asked to you to return the account? I still remembered what you said in the conversation,which was deleted by you. I was asking you to return my account and we will do a refund instantly on that time, On that moment you told me someone signed out and the account just vanished on your PS4? Are you actually kidding me lol. Those lies are just stupid and so easy to see,making lies still does'nt help you at all.
