    I gave him the account. He paid using PayPal with buyer protection. After 1 hour he decided he doesn't want the account anymore because it is inactive (maybe he wanted 100k views in 5 minutes or something) Also he knew that 95% of the followers are not from the U.S. so when he uploaded it was 3 am in my country mist probably everyone asleep. After that he went ahead to delete all the videos so the account has now 94K Followers and 0 Likes and look like a botted account worthless. He claimed the payment on paypal wanting a refund. The account was not the same as I gave it to him. You can't screw with the item you want a refund for. You can't buy a pair of shoes, play with it, cut it in half than ask for a refund. After that I disputed his claim to paypal. 2 days later he told me he wanted a partial refund 50%. I told him to remove the claim since I couldn't do it. I waited to see if the claim could be opened again because if I paid him he could also claim the 250$ again. That's what happened. I explained to Paypal why I can't accept a refund from him and won the dispute. It seems like this guy never bought something online. You can't purchase something, break it then ask for a refund. This is the same for social media accounts and is the reason why I won the paypal dispute. I have completed over 29 middleman sales and I am not a scammer he got his account after paying!

    You are a scammer you told me to cancel the claim and you would refund. AND YOU HAVE THE ACCOUNT. I don’t have any product or money and you have ghosted me and not replied to my emails and now are claiming you won a paypal dispute that was literally canceled. you are a scammer. yes i did alter the account. and then i returned it to you for a promised partial refund.

    You can’t open closed paypal claims. I did a report about unauthorized activity on my account in attempt for them to re open the closed claim. so you didn’t win, you told me to cancel, and i can’t reopen a canceled claim.

    what leverage? you have my money and the account. that’s not leverage and you wouldn’t answer my emails. that’s called a scam.
