This person let me hang for 2 hours ended up selling the account to someone else claiming it was a mistake and he thought it was me, which is a big bs! I was left hanging with a pending for approval payment which i cannot cancel cause the middleman support won't answer me. I want my payment to get completely canceled, and i promise to never step in this website ever again. I'm sorry but the support is aweful and i'm so pissed. Update: I talked to the seller and he might have actually made a mistake but still sold the account to another person. I would still like my pending payment to get canceled ASAP, thanks.

I can't change the status to canceled because there's not even a 3 way convo ticket. It's only the pre one and the middleman isn't answering at all to my help cries.
