    Buyer bough account for 15 days ago. Our service told warranty time is 5 days and dont warranty if account have problem after use. Buyer used account in a half month and still access account and spam me.
    We stopped provide our service for this buyer.

    You sell me bad verified BM, I have buy many BMs from others don't Unverified.
    If Unverified that means you use bad documents to verify the BM.

    If you don't like our product you can find another seller.

    Why did you not use middleman services here? You could have been 100% payment protected. In terms of getting your funds back, you'll need to contact . and report the seller if he is unwilling to resolve the issue. PlayerUp is only responsible to get your money back if you used PlayerUp Middleman Services which is completely free for buyers.

    In terms of the seller, we will wait to hear his reply back on a resolution but in terms of getting your money back it's all on the seller or . to help you. PlayerUp isn't liable for non middleman related transactions.
