    Hello,
    I am creating a dispute for the above transaction number as I have not heard anything at all from the admin on this site in regards to it.
    The transaction had occurred now over 72 hours ago. A large some of money was deducted from my account immediately, I had filled out all of the required forms, yet have not heard anything back from admin, neither has the seller. The time frame for a transaction to occur is listed as 1 to 48 hours.
    I had created multiple tickets, reached out via messenger to the playerup support team and have still not heard anything back.
    I still want this transaction to take place however I am starting to think that this website is fraud as the money has been immediately removed from my account, yet everyone has gone radio silent on me.
    Please provide an update to my transaction within a few hours, otherwise I will be taking legal action to get my money back.
    For a first time use on this site, the service has been disgraceful.
