    This scammer deleted Telegram chat after Paypal payment

    I made a purchase for 2 managed Instagram accounts @dias_prod and @shadow_star7. The fraudster begged me to pay via friends and family with some long excuse as to why. Once payment was made to this email [email protected] (Orlando Sanchez perdomo) he canceled our chat on Telegram App and was off with the money without delivering the managed accounts.
