Why was I suspended, I made a purchase and now my money is gone

well I purchased a clan from user Phoenix and was unable to send in verification and then I woke up this morning and was suspended. I just want a clan. I paid 45$

 

I tried making different accounts to see if that was the issue but then I got suspended. I just made another account to try and contact middleman just now

I purchased a clan for 45 dollars, and can get the transaction I’d for you, I was having issues doing the verification thing, every time I would send it in, it would say you do not have permission to view or perform this action

 

This is also my first time using playerup ever. I’ve never bought from here
