I purchased insurance through middleman and contacted middleman awhile ago and still haven't heard anything.

supercell doesn't ban account without reason if break them rule they ban the account.

 

This was the 2nd account I purchased from the seller. I never had any problems with the first one so I felt really good about buying another one. I played on it for about a month and one day I logged in and was banned for buying/selling. Screenshots attached are picture of what I see when I log in and conversation with supercell on appealing the ban.

The information supercell wanted was something like "what was the original device the account was created on" and "where was this account created"

 

Before you got a ban,did you Message supercell for changing email or location?

 

No, you told me both times I bought an account to not do that so I did not.

 

Seems you forgot you told me you sent a message to change the location.
when messaging to supercell support for changing location or email if don't provide documents you were the first owner of that account they will ban that account forever.
