Fake Middleman Scam

How will middleman services contact me?
All middleman transactions are conducted on PlayerUp.com only. Never release any information, perform any service or release any payments if you're a seller unless @Middleman contacts you through the Conversation Ticket System. PlayerUp Middleman Services will never contact you through e-mail, discord, steam, facebook, whatsapp, kik, skype, or any 3rd party service. If somebody contacts you offsite claiming they are from PlayerUp, it is a scam.

Thanks for the help. I did look through some guides but didnt find this one. Everything looked really legit. Is there anything that you still can do? For example, I believe the buyer did really pay, or would the buyer also be scamming me?

 

I reported it as stolen aswell.
I just thought that this was the system this platform uses. I read the userguides quite quick. The 'middleman' even used working links in the conversation (accept payment yes/no)
It seems you can't track these scammers...?
Why isn't the conversation made safer, for example that only a verified middleman can make these middleman conversations. ("You have an offer...") .

I understand it's partly my fault, but also scamming for them is way to eazy. I did some research and i saw ALOT of cases with scammers. Maybe it's a option to force new members through a tutorial when tbey sign up. I don't care if this platform forced me through a tutorial if i wouldn't get scammed in the end.

Yes, after this it just didnt give a ticket or a conversation ticket system. Due to this i believed it was real. I don't know if you had acces to my conversation with the scammer, sadly it's somehow deleted now otherwise i could ss.

I see now. So basically, they did used the Middleman Offer feature to make an offer for your account in which you accepted the offer by clicking "Yes" hence the Middleman Checkout Link was generated then the ticket ends it purpose there.
