So i jave been waiting for 1 month or longer bc a playerup middleman stole my acoount "lost account somehow" and they are not willing to help me i asked to help me teough my email or discord and i keep getting automated texts wtf dude
The reason they aren't helping is because PlayerUp Middleman Services has 0 involvement in your dispute. Did you read the website before you decided to transfer this information over to this random person who was sending you an e-mail? There are Seller Protection Icons listed all over every single thread on this website so people read them before transferring any payment or account information. At the very top, we clearly posted: How will middleman services contact me? All middleman transactions are conducted on PlayerUp.com only. Never release any information, perform any service or release any payments if you're a seller unless @middleman contacts you through the Conversation Ticket System. PlayerUp Middleman Services will never contact you through e-mail, discord, steam, facebook, whatsapp, kik, skype, or any 3rd party service. If somebody contacts you offsite claiming they are from PlayerUp, it is a scam. In addition we post: When should I release my account information to the buyer? Never release your account information unless (@Middleman) contacts you through the PlayerUp Conversation Ticket System. We will never contact you through e-mail, discord, facebook, whatsapp, kik, skype, or any 3rd party service. All middleman transactions are done through PlayerUp.com for security reasons.
Whomever contacting you on discord is not with PlayerUp. It's mentioned all over the site all 100% of transactions are done on PlayerUp by @Middleman through the conversation inbox ticket system. You got conned and you're blaming us for this when we have no involvement. You need to work to recall whatever you transferred to this individual and get it back. That should be your top priority.
Who is we? You and the buyer? The buyer is the middleman in 99% of cases creating a fake transaction with you. He is the one acting as the middleman to scam you.
Use imgur.com and upload pictures of your transaction you had offsite. Then copy the links on imgur.com to this ticket.
@Davi Martins everything is done on site through the website messages it's never done through email you were contacted by a fake user that was pretending to be the middleman from this site inorder to scam you .If you would of paid more attention to the rules on this site this wouldn't have happened.
