Payment process with middleman service

    I would like to better understand the middleman process. Specifically, how payments are processed and released to the seller. Also, what notifications are sent. I am in the middle of this process and I am very surprised at the last of communications throughout the process. Also, it has been over a week since the sell was made and I still have not received my money. So, I am trying to reach someone who can explain the process so I have a better idea what is going on.

    I would also like to note that the sale was made last week and a 3-way conversation was never created on this site. The middleman representative simply provided me his private e-mail if I needed to reach him, which now concerns me because it doesn't seem like correct protocol. Please advise....
