If you really did not do what you are being accused here for then you just got rid of your proof to get you out of this.

Also, if you're not new to online selling then you should already know that its not good to delete conversations between you and your customers as it will serve as not only your proof when something like this happens but also as a vouch for you for completing transactions.

 

I delete entire messages to protect any leaks if my discord gets compromised, once I’m done talking to someone I do this to prevent just that.

What I think happened is he owns the original account that actually recalled the account causing him to have the money, the account, as well as the appearance of innocence.
